Trauma - The Dense Energy We Carry
Trauma is not just a memory or a psychological imprint—it is an intense, dense and stagnant energy trapped within one’s being.
The logic is super simple here:
if you resist to feel the emotional experience - you lock them in in your system creating emotional [energetical] imbalance. This energetical imbalance then makes itself apparent in physical, mental and emotional levels.
basically it’s like a shit that you can’t find the inner strength to finally discharge, thus you continue to carry it within your system and the negative consequences of that just build up over time.
the sad truth is that in our childhoods many of us didn’t feel safe to express our intense emotions
because we were repeatedly shown that we will be met with misunderstanding, criticism and/or neglect instead of compassion, love and understanding
this experience in itself is super disturbing and hurtful 💔
thus the system intuitively knows that it’s ‘less of a loss’ if I don’t show / don’t let out the sadness, the anger, the grief, the fear that is taking place inside of me
because the consequences of expressing this stuff would be even more unbearable.
thus emotional suppression arrises
This process of human beings suppressing and keeping their emotions swallowed happens when environment in which we are growing up and developing is not ready to accept and sue those dense and overwhelming emotions.
the ability to accept them and experience fully [within oneself and then thus help other to do the same ] requires a certain degree of emotional intelligence
and that's something that was NOT prominent in the recent generations - our parents, grandparents, grand grand parents…
However, it’s not their personal fault, it’s simply the point where we are at in the evolutionary spiral as a race.
so how to actually deal with trauma?
Firstly, I want to express a huge amount of sorry for people who are striving to resolve their traumatic life experiences at the mental level
as this is how most traditional therapy approaches psychological trauma - with the focus on the mind.
It teaches people to identify experiences, label the emotions, and reframe thoughts around what have happened.
While these methods offer insight, they fall short to address trauma for what it actually is at it’s core
trauma is not just a thought pattern that needs to be identified and reframed
trauma
is an energetic wound,
a disruption of one’s
soul balance
This is why people who have undergone years of therapy may still feel an underlying sense of heaviness, numbness, frustration or confusion.
…losing hope to finally feel lighter and better, that spirals the individual into even more extreme levels of hopelessness.
As a species we are still a bit lagging in our development to understand that trauma isn’t simply “in the mind”—it leaves a mark on one’s energetic element - soul/spirit.
Thus it’s that energetic element that we have to work with if we want to address the traumatic life experiences.
—
to unburden your system from dense and heavy energy that results from traumatic life events
it’s the release of the suppressed energy that you have to be concerned of
there’s nothing grandiose to this life changin proccess as stuff is super elementary in this field
think, what’s the opposite of suppression?
…
…
…
it’s expression, it’s letting things to flow freely even if they bring you discomfort
>>>al the unfelt emotions you have to feel if you want to unburden yoruself.
it’s not mental work
it’s direct energetic release of the energy suppressed
you release it be doing the opposite of suppression - expressing it
it’s letting the emotion to flow through you in order to feel it fully
Like we’ve touched on before trauma is an intense, dense and stagnant energy trapped within one’s being
to let it out of your system you firstly need to allow it to flow
and this is done by feeling the emotional experience suppressed
it’s all about connecting to that intense fear, anger, grief, sadness and letting them to flow through our senses
once again it’s even silly how stuff is elementary
what’s the opposite of suppression?
it’s expression, the act of letting things to flow, right?
thus to move out the suppressed [stagnant] energy within you have to let it flow =
you have to let yourself to experience these emotional experiences of intense fear, anger, grief, sadness, or whatever else that your individual case might be
!!! despite the huge discomfort that this act of feeling is bringing you
this kind of work ethics is where all your efforts have to be aimed if you really want to unburden your system from dense and heavy energy
that in ideal circumstances didn’t supposed to be suppressed and stagnanted in your system at the first place.
of you have t
you have to let the emotional experience flow, that is you have to let the emotional experience to be felt
!!! despite the huge discomfort that this act of feeling is bringing you
this… is the point where all your effort have to be aimed if you really want to unburden your system from dense and heavy energy
that in ideal circumstances didn’t supposed to be suppressed and stagnanted in your system at the first place.
this is the only place, action where your full efforts have to go in if you want to resolve your traumatic life experiences
it’s a gradual process
as you are doing /entertaining something that mostly likely perhaps you haven’t done before (so be kind with yourself and seek out help/support if you feel that it is needed.
thus this process is all about microsteps, don’t let your ego to full you that you will be healed after few times tunning in into your suppressed emotions
use practises to understand the deeper how how to do the emotional work
